Project 365....day 47

Today was a busy day for me! I got some props for my maternity shoot tomorrow, and I took my now 5 year old to get her library card and pick out 5 new books to borrow, cause she is 5, after all. *sigh* I also got a chance this evening to go out with the fabulous people I work with for some bowling!!! I took a bunch of pics of the actual bowling itself, but wasn't so successful because the lighting was awful. Instead, I sort of focused on Aunt Syl's daughter Emily...the wall she was sitting near matched her shirt so well I just couldn't resist...

Project 365....day 44

Saturday brought us Amelia's birthday party at the bowling alley! She is turning 5, so she got to invite 5 friends to come to her bowling birthday party. We all had a great time, and she was so blessed to have such great friends there with her! ♥ Once again, there are a TON of pictures, so there will be more coming, but these are my favorite moments.

The beautiful cake that Aunt Syl (Of the Fireside Restaurant) made for my sweet girl! It was an ultimate strawberry cake w/cheesecake stuffed in between layers of fresh strawberries and strawberry cake.

Amelia, Nolan and Amber doing a group hug! They were all best friends last year in Pre-school, and I am so glad they could both be there to celebrate her b-day with her. ♥

Project 365....day 21

Today I had a shoot to help out my cousin who coaches the bowling team at one of the local high schools around here. Being a wonderful cousin, and always excited to help out where I can, I went on down to shoot their senior day stuff for the high school year book! While I was there, I couldn't resist messing around with my own camera some (because as a surprise, I got to use the school's camera!) Most of what I shot today involves other people's kids, so I'm not using any of those....instead, I give you (what I call) Retro-bowling shots. Enjoy!
