Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!!! Sunday meant another double this week, but I was lucky enough to buy some time and be able to look for some pictures in the clouds...

Project 365....day 163

Today was a pretty great Sunday! It wasn't rainy today, simply overcast, and I was supposed to have to work....and I did, at least, a little. I had to go to the restaurant I work at for a bit (before I was supposed to be there to waitress) because my church was having a luncheon to honor some of the longstanding active members....while I was there this little sign caught my eye...

Before I left the restaurant, I found out I didn't have to go in at 4! What a fabulous Sunday!! Instead, I went home, and my family and I played...

Project 365....day 160

"Fruitcakes in the kitchen, fruitcakes on the street. Strut naked through the crosswalk in the middle of the week.

Half-baked cookies in the oven. Half-baked people on my bus. There's a little bit of fruitcake left in everyone of us.

While I was at work Thursday night, I was lucky to have the nice weather and perfect light to capture the flowers I planted about a month ago. They're FINALLY starting to bloom!

Project 365....day 44

Saturday brought us Amelia's birthday party at the bowling alley! She is turning 5, so she got to invite 5 friends to come to her bowling birthday party. We all had a great time, and she was so blessed to have such great friends there with her! ♥ Once again, there are a TON of pictures, so there will be more coming, but these are my favorite moments.

The beautiful cake that Aunt Syl (Of the Fireside Restaurant) made for my sweet girl! It was an ultimate strawberry cake w/cheesecake stuffed in between layers of fresh strawberries and strawberry cake.

Amelia, Nolan and Amber doing a group hug! They were all best friends last year in Pre-school, and I am so glad they could both be there to celebrate her b-day with her. ♥

Project 365....day 38

Today was, as usual, a work day for me, and so, as usual, the first picture of my 365 will come from the Fabulous Fireside Restaurant/Funny Farm Comedy Club...I actually got out early enough today to get out and take a few pictures (Lets here it for the days getting longer, folks) and I'm pleased with the way they turned out. Enjoy! (And Happy Sunday!)

I thought this was such an interesting idea for a water trough near the side of this barn!

Project 365....day 31

Today's pictures come to you (mostly) from the fireside once again! I had to work all day, so, as usual on Sunday's, my camera came with me. Enjoy!

This is our home-made ice sun catcher! If anyone is curious, I'll share our secret recipe. :)

I couldn't help myself today at work when I saw the sun streaming through the windows.

Project 365....day 17

Today was another busy day for me...to bed last night at 2 a.m. (post work), back up before 8, and to work for 11. Whew! It makes me tired just thinking about it! My 365's today come to you from the Fireside Restaurant, where I spent my good natural-light hours. ♥

The woods behind the restaurant (specifically the fallen trees. I'm a sucker for fallen trees.

This shot is from the inside of the restaurant....just another quirky decoration. Not the first, most definitely not the last!

Project 365....day 14

Today was the start of my (outside of the house) work week, and to celebrate (HA!) I took the camera to work with me. Honestly, I did this because I left 25 minutes early so I could go shoot the church that was my family's church growing up...it's for sale now, and that makes me sad, so I wanted to go shoot it not only for posterity, but also to check out the lighting for another shoot I've got coming up (stay tuned!) Anyway...that's a really long way of saying 'Here are my 365's for today.'

Before I left the house today, I snapped this random shot of Thomas' feet; I love the way his toes line up! ♥

Last, but not least, here is one of the cool, random, little signs that can be found at my resturant
